Mid-Level Practitioners
Nicole Savell, PA-C is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of New Mexico and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida in 2010. She felt that something was missing in her life and wanted a more tangible way to help and connect with others. She went back to school and obtained a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Charleston in 2017.
PA Savell currently works with Dr. Nathan Hales diagnosing and managing head and neck cancer as well as treating general ear, nose and throat concerns in adults and children. When PA Savell is not treating patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, running with her Weimaraners and traveling.

Alyssa Sprouse, FNP-C
Alyssa Sprouse is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of nursing experience. She is a proud Texan with family ties to Wisconsin. She received her ADN at San Antonio College, and worked as a circulating nurse in the operating room where she learned a wide variety of specialties. Alyssa has gone on a medical mission with Helps International where she was able to assist in surgery and circulate cases in Guatemala.
Alyssa received her bachelor’s and master’s degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. When she is not working, Alyssa is spending time with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys cooking, riding her bike, and reading. She is looking forward to treating patients with ear, nose, and throat issues throughout the lifespan.
